A specially selected range of wines from the Doluca winery.
Consisting of 6 red wines and 6 white wines. Mostly chosen from a varity of classic native grapes from a variety of regions in Turkey.

2 x Doluca Antik Series - Kalecik Karasi/Bogazkere
Aged in oak casks according to best tradition, this special wine is a blend of "Cal Karasi" of the Aegean and "Bogazkere" of Elazig regions. Rich and soft in character, with a distinct bouqet, it is an excellent choice with meat dishes.

2 x Doluca Classic Series - Villa Red
A full bodied red wine, with strong varietal character made from the "Cinsault" and "Karasakiz" grapes grown in the Marmara region. A certain amount of "Bogazkere" from eastern Anatolia is added to make it more rich and robust.

1 x Doluca Karma Series - Cab Sav./Okuzgozu
These two grapes of strong character complement one another and lend bouquets that strengthen by aging, and thus yield a balanced combination. KARMA Cabernet Sauvignon-Öküzgözü is aged for 12 months in 225 lt. French oak barrels. With its full body, long finish and powerful, tannic structure it invokes the aromas of red fruits, vanilla, cinnamon and caramel.

1 x Doluca Kav Series - Ozel Kav Red (Special Res.)
A Truly special wine, aged exclusively in oak barrels, made from selected grapes of the Marmara and Aegean regions. A full, strong body mellowed in oak, soft and homogenous yet still reflecting the varietal characters of the grapes used.

2 x Doluca Antik Series - Semillion/Emir
Prepered from specially selected "Semillon" and "Emir" grapes, of Marmara and Central Anatolian regions, aged in French oak, this is a dry wine of great distinction, with a rich, full body and a most pleasing bouquet.

2 x Doluca Classic Series - Villa White
A light and fruity dry wine which is a blend of "Sultanina" from the Aegean region and the "Semillon" of Thrace.

1 x Doluca Kav Series - Ozel Kav White (Special Res)
Prepared from the "Narince" grapes of the Tokat region, this has turned out to be an extraordinary wine, with a very strong varietal character, dry, rich and smooth in taste, nicely mellowed by aging.

1 x Doluca Nevsah White
Produced from the aromatic Emir grapes grown in Cappadocia; light and fruity Nevşah possesses a very distinctive varietal character with a smooth texture and a rich body. This smooth wine which has a full aftertaste invokes the aromas of soil, almond and lemon.
