Mest Raki - Misket 50cl

Mest is a brand new and absolutely unique raki because it is varietal. This means that it is produced from a single grape variety. In this way the mild taste and aroma specific to grapes show themselves in an exclusive way unlike in any other raki.

There are two different varieties of Mest Rakı which are made from fresh grapes: Mest Sultaniye and Mest Misket.

MEST MİSKET
Muscat grape originates from Anatolia and is regarded as one of the oldest grape varieties in the world. It distinguishes itself with its exclusive aroma.
Mest Misket which is produced from Muscat grapes that are grown in Izmir region exhibits this exquisite aroma.
It is produced by distilling the suma obtained from Muscat grapes twice in copper alembics.

Available in 50 cl bottles and produced at the Nevsehir Distillery at 45 % Volume.
Suggestion for drinking: It may be drank straight up or with 1/3 added water or mineral water, yet always cold (8-10°C). Mest Rakı may be taken as an aperitif; the Turkish way of drinking rakı would be at a ‘çilingir' table, with the distinctive cold and hot meze.
