Kayra Terra Series - Bogazkere Red Wine

This strong and full-bodied wine is produced from the Boğazkere grapes of the Çermik region of Eastern Anatolia, and is bottled at the Elazığ Wine Factory in the same area. Boğazkere grapes have medium sized, round, thick-skinned berries. Boğazkere takes its name from the puckery taste it leaves on the palate and carries cherry, sour cherry, raspberry, black mulberry, thyme aromas.

Alcohol Content: 13.5 %

Service and Storage Recommendations: It may be enjoyed with hot and spicy dishes, game, hard yellow cheeses, and pizza a la Turka with Turkish chorizo or spices.
Recommended to be served at 17-19ºC.
May be aged under appropriate conditions for 8-10 years.
